Does the warranty cover my Truma Combi that won’t heat?

It depends on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and the age of the appliance. We carry out the diagnosis, write the report and handle the claim with Truma.

Can I bring just the appliance, or do you need the whole vehicle?

Accepted Answer

For most faults we need the vehicle, because the Combi, the Aventa or the iNet panel are wired into the motorhome or campervan’s gas, water and electrical systems.
